With strong knowledge of governance and business, Ms. LaRose brings expertise in working closely with Boards and executive teams to assess and identify strategies that will attract and retain the right leaders.
Before joining Leaders & Co., Ms. LaRose founded Higgins Executive Search and developed a national practice that is now recognized as a Canadian leader in the recruitment of diversity and Aboriginal executives and board members.
Ms. LaRose speaks regularly at national associations and conferences on topics related to best practices in executive and board search. She currently serves as a Trustee for the Seven Oaks Hospital Board in Winnipeg and is a founding Board Member of the Canadian Aboriginal Human Resources Management Association.
She is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
