Dennis Cook has broad and rich experience in executive search, executive coaching and human resources management, both as an HR executive and as an external consultant.

Mr. Cook leads the Toronto practice of Leaders & Co. His extensive experience in large and small businesses across all industry sectors has focused on recruitment, on-boarding, career development, succession management, and culture transformation. Recently, he and a multi-discipline team have delivered integrated Web-based apps to accelerate leadership development and build shared commitment among high-performing managers slated for executive roles.

Previously, Mr. Cook has held senior roles in industry, government and professional practice, including HR leader positions with Northwater Capital Management Inc., Deloitte, General Mills Canada, Cara Operations Limited, Rio Algom Limited, and Canada Employment. He has consulted in organization development and executive coaching with SPB Organizational Psychology Inc., and in Executive Search with A.T. Kearney Ltd., Korn/Ferry International and The Coopers and Lybrand Consulting Group.

Mr. Cook graduated in Sociology from York University and studied group dynamics and counseling at the University of Toronto. He is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
