Élène Coulombe is a seasoned human resources and project management professional. Her career has always been driven by a passion for business and a quest to provide better services and results. The level of her effectiveness and commitment to better client service is unparalleled.

Prior to joining Leaders & Co. as Director, Client Services, Ms. Coulombe worked for nearly 10 years with a major national law firm where she held various positions within the Human Resources and General Administration Department. She was responsible for administrative recruitment when she was asked to coordinate special projects and manage Human Resources and relations between Headquarters and local offices. She designed and implemented a number of innovative and effective human resources programs that have contributed to the firm’s goals and objectives.

Ms. Coulombe previously worked as researcher and copywriter for different specialized business publications belonging to a leading Canadian media corporation.

Ms. Coulombe is a Certified Human Resources Professional and she holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University in Toronto and a Certificate in Industrial Relations from Université Laval.
