Lyne Barbeau has a solid professional background in public affairs, investor relations and governmental relations that spans nearly 20 years. She possesses strong interpersonal skills and a natural talent for public relations, and her track record amply demonstrates her ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with senior management and Board members.

Prior to joining Leaders & Co., Ms. Barbeau held a position as Executive Director of a major Canadian business conference provider, where she recruited top-ranking business executives and conducted extensive research on senior executives and on key issues in the major business sectors. She has conducted over 300 focus groups with Presidents, CEOs, CFOs, and Board members, and she has recruited over 250 leaders worldwide. Previously, she helped Canadian IT companies implement strategic business and promotion plans.

Ms. Barbeau co-founded Rhythms of the World Festival, a non-profit organization that promotes the cultural diversity which makes Montreal a unique city. She was a member of the organizing committee for the OCTAS 2010, the flagship event of Quebec’s IT sector, and she is a member of the CIO Tribune 2010-2011 and of the General Council of the Réseau ACTION TI.

Ms. Barbeau has studied at HEC Montréal and holds a Certificate in Human Resources Management from the same institution.
