Nathalie Dallaire began her career in the treasury services of a large banking institution in Montreal and later joined a firm of investment managers based in Toronto. Prior to joining Leaders & Co., she has worked for over 15 years in the public sector, notably as a political advisor for important Minister’s cabinets for the provincial and federal governments. She has demonstrated her ability to work with several partners from the business and cultural sectors. Confronted with the necessity of making diligent decisions in an environment often in turmoil, she has developed very sound judgment and a capacity for critical analysis. Furthermore, she has acquired through the years a solid experience in developing business strategies, communications, coordination and organization of public events.

Ms. Dallaire is a results-oriented professional, recognized for her strong organizational skills. She is endowed with a keen sense of ethics and shows great rigor in performing her responsibilities. Both intuitive and passionate, she stands out for her acute sense of priorities and creativity to develop action plans and innovative strategies.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from HEC and is involved in the organization of fundraising campaigns for non-profit organizations.
