Solange Blanchard is an accomplished entrepreneur who has acquired strong experience in business management. With her lively, positive outlook and outstanding coaching talent, she has the necessary qualities to strike the right balance between individual and corporate needs. She also puts her leadership qualities, interpersonal skills and talent for effective communication to good use for the benefit of clients.

Prior to joining Leaders & Co., Ms. Blanchard advised businesses and non-profit organizations on projects, business development, marketing strategies and budget control. Her extensive experience with customers has led her to give postgraduate courses in Business Management.

Ms. Blanchard has sat on several Boards of Directors and has served over three years as the Director General of North America’s largest young entrepreneurs’ network, representing over 1,400 members.

Known for her active community involvement, Ms. Blanchard has put her vast professional experience to use for the benefit of numerous social initiatives. A school counsellor for the QMJHL hockey club for over nine years, she is currently involved in Kanpé, a support program for Haitian people, and Exit 13, a collective initiative on leadership and society.

Ms. Blanchard holds a Masters degree in Project Management from the Université du Québec and is currently in a Harvard University introductory master program to Business Management.
